Cyclops Labs GmbH is an innovative, product centric startup which caters to niche clientele of High Performance Supercomputing centers in Europe and globally. The company is headquartered in the state of Zurich in Switzerland, and is looking to expand the core engineering team with remote-only team members.
About the position
Are you a person who takes pride in dealing with high volume data streams? Are you passionate about cloud native, micro-service architecture patterns, and are always looking to further expand your skill sets with best in class dev-ops concepts? If you answer yes to these above questions, then you are an ideal candidate for this open position. You will be working remotely, but in close coordination with the founding team and project manager to bring the HPC accounting and billing engine to next evolution.
Desired qualification
- bachelor / masters in Computer science or allied field
- in depth understanding of cloud native design principles
- experience working with RESTful services
- good command of Golang and BASH scripting
- experience working with Docker and / or Kubernetes
- understanding of database schema optimization
- excellent spoken English
